Lina Tarek
Lina Tarek is a recent Fine Arts (Painting emphasis) graduate from Alexandria University, Egypt. She is also a freelance painter and illustrator of six years, and aspires to create her own unique style of cartooning and illustration. She insists on maintaining only top quality and perfection in her field as well as heightened creativity through simplicity. Sama Wareh
Sama Wareh holds a Masters of Science degree in Environmental Studies along with a Bachelors Degree in both Filmmaking and Art. She has sold hundreds of her pieces and has held numerous exhibits and art-related workshops. Sama is not only drawn to art but loves to create art that inspires dialogue and challenges misconceptions. She has worked on many custom projects, including illustrations for previous books, and is currently working on an art collection entitled "A Native American Met a Bedouin", which can be previewed at www.WarehArt.com. She also made a documentary called “Dwindling Drops in The Sand” about the Syrian Water Crisis (can also be previewed on her site). When Sama is not doing art or teaching art lessons, she is leading hikes in the community and bringing science programs and animals to public and private schools in Orange County.
Nadia Zuhdi
Nadia Zuhdi is a High School Graduate from West Ranch High School. She will be majoring in biology at Cal-State Northridge, but for the past three years has been drawing cartoons and making comic strips as a hobby.
